ABSTRACT:
En este artículo vamos a tratar el régimen de guarda y custodia compartida, como medida que entendemos más idónea para proteger el interés superior del menor. Además trataremos como afecta la violencia de género entre los progenitores del menor al régimen de guarda y custodia entre el mismo y su padre, en virtud del principio de que el menor se desarrolle en un entorno libre de violencia.
SUMMARY:
In this article, we will discuss the shared custody, as a most appropriate way to protect the child´s best interests. We will also discuss how gender violence affects the custody regime between the child and his or her father, by the principle that the child must develops in a violence-free environment.
